Booking Note

The time slot you select is a preferred time and helps us understand your ideal schedule. If you'd like to book for more than one person, simply mention this in the "Additional Information" section. Our booking staff will follow up via SMS shortly after booking to confirm your appointment or suggest other openings if needed.

Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete your case history form. This ensures our aesthetician is aware of any medical conditions that may affect your treatment.

Late Arrivals

We value your time and the time of the client following you. If you are late, you will receive the remainder of your allotted treatment time at full fee. Some restrictions apply.

Late Policy

If you arrive late, we may only be able to offer you the remaining time of your session, with the full session fee applying. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be cancelled and subject to fees. Future appointments will require prepayment.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the service will be charged 25% of the service fee.
